Privacy & saved listings.

Information you enter
Search terms and area filters are used in your browser to filter the directory. This version does not send a search form to the site owner or collect payments. Listing requests and corrections can be sent by email. If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information to review and respond to your request. Public business details you supply for a listing may be published after review; your private correspondence is not automatically published. Email is processed by the relevant email providers under their own policies.
Saved businesses
If you save a provider, its listing ID is stored in your browser’s local storage under “basin-saved.” Saved listings stay on that browser and are not shared between devices. You can remove them using the save button, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
Advertising and analytics
Google AdSense connection code is installed on the directory homepage for site verification and advertising setup. The marked advertisement spaces remain placeholders; installation does not mean Google has approved this site or that ads are earning revenue. Loading the code contacts Google and may share technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and the page visited. When ads are served, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this and other websites. You can manage Google ad personalization at My Ad Center and learn about Google’s data use at How Google uses information from partner sites. Additional advertising privacy and consent settings must be configured as part of ad activation. Google’s tracking tag is installed across this site to connect it to Google Analytics. When tracking is active, it measures page visits and interactions and may use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish sessions and visitors. Google processes technical information such as page URLs, device and browser details, and approximate location information. Reports help us understand which pages are useful and where visits come from. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or private message contents to Analytics. Account-level sharing for product improvement, modeling contributions, technical support, and recommendations is controlled separately in the site owner’s Analytics settings. You can learn about Analytics privacy controls and the browser opt-out add-on at Google Analytics Opt-out. Blocking tracking may mean your visits are not counted.
Hosting and external websites
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the site, under their own policies. Links to provider websites and official resources take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. Phone links open your device’s calling application.
